If you’ve got a heart for students and a passion for making a real difference, Fort Worth ISD is looking for you.
The district is actively hiring Special Education professionals to serve across a variety of roles, and they’re offering solid pay and extra stipends to match the impact.
Positions range from Inclusion Teachers who support students in general classrooms, to RISE and SEAS Teachers who specialize in low-incidence disabilities and behavioral needs. There’s also a need for dedicated Teacher Assistants in each of these areas.
FWISD is offering a starting salary of $64,500 for teachers, with additional pay for experience and specialized roles. That includes up to $5,000 extra based on years in the classroom, plus another $3,000 to $5,000 in Special Education stipends.
If you or someone you know is ready to step into one of the most meaningful jobs in education, now’s the time. Applications are open, and your next step could be the one that changes a student’s life for the better.
