Tarrant County deputies responded Tuesday morning to reports of shots fired near John Reagan Street in Benbrook, according to information shared through the CrimeRadar app.
The incident was reported around 8:37 a.m. Callers told dispatchers that a woman allegedly fired several shots toward or near a white Jeep as it was backing out of a driveway. One caller reported hearing about three shots and believed no one was struck.
Dispatch notes described the situation as connected to an alleged assault involving former partners. Authorities also reported that a Black male suspect left the area in a red Ford Explorer, possibly armed, and was last seen traveling southbound on John Reagan Street.
As of Tuesday morning, no injuries had been publicly confirmed.
This remains a developing situation, and additional information is expected as it becomes available from law enforcement officials.
