Camp Gladiator Invites Benbrook to Get Moving.

For more than a decade, a local trainer has helped Benbrook residents work up a sweat together, and a new Camp Gladiator promotion begins Sept. 2.

The Benbrook workouts feature full-body training designed for a range of fitness levels, from beginners to experienced participants. The group also has access to indoor locations when Texas weather makes outdoor workouts difficult.

The trainer behind the local workouts has been leading boot camp-style fitness programs since 2004 and has served the Benbrook area for the past 10 years.

While the new promotion officially starts Sept. 2, residents interested in trying a workout can get started sooner.
