Benbrook Middle-High School athletes have a full week ahead, with volleyball, football and cross country competing both at home and around Fort Worth.
Tuesday, Sept. 15, sends the Lady Bobcats volleyball team to Carter-Riverside for matches at 6 and 7 p.m. Back at BMHS, middle school football hosts McLean at 6 and 7:15 p.m.
Thursday brings more action. Seventh-grade volleyball travels to Daggett for 6 and 7 p.m. matches, while the eighth-grade teams host Daggett at the BMHS Middle School Gym at the same times. Earlier that morning, Bobcat cross country stays close to home for Prowl in the Park at 8 a.m. at Dutch Branch Park.
The week closes Friday, Sept. 18, with the Lady Bobcats back home against Western Hills. Varsity takes the court at 6 p.m., followed by the ninth-grade and JV teams at 7 p.m.
For Bobcat families, there will be plenty of opportunities to catch Benbrook student-athletes in action this week.
