The curtain is getting ready to rise on another year of theatre at Benbrook Middle-High School, and students and families can get an early look at what is coming to the stage.
BMHS Theatre will host its 2026-27 Theatre Kickoff Meeting on Wednesday, Aug. 26, in the BMHS Auditorium. The evening will introduce the theatre directors, share season information and explain how students and families can get involved.
The first two productions are already set. Middle school students will take on “Frozen Jr.”, while the high school program will present “The Crucible.”
The evening begins with a board meeting at 6 p.m., followed by director introductions at 6:30 p.m. and middle and high school theatre information at 6:45 p.m.
Parents who cannot stay for the entire meeting can pick up handouts with the season information before leaving.
