Benbrook Walmart Pickup Delays Frustrate Some Shoppers.

A few Benbrook Walmart customers are reporting delays with grocery pickup orders after some orders scheduled for Sunday weren’t ready on time.

One resident shared that a pickup order placed Sunday evening remained delayed into Monday morning before being rescheduled. According to the customer, a Walmart associate later explained there was no one available to fulfill pickup orders after 5 p.m. the previous day.

Other shoppers, however, said their experiences varied.

Some reported picking up orders without any issues, while others said they’ve encountered delays in the past that turned out to be a system issue. In those cases, customers found their orders were already prepared after checking with the store’s customer service desk.

One Walmart Online Grocery Pickup associate from another location noted that Sundays are typically among the busiest days for pickup orders, which can sometimes contribute to delays.

If your pickup order appears to be stalled, checking with customer service in person or through Walmart’s support chat may help determine whether the order is ready or requires additional action.
