Benbrook Firefighters Set September Date for Charity Golf Tournament.

Benbrook’s firefighters are trading in hoses for golf clubs this fall, all for a good cause.

The Benbrook IAFF Local 5020 will host its 2nd Annual Charity Golf Tournament on September 23, 2026, at Fossil Creek Golf Course in Fort Worth. The day begins with an 8:00 a.m. shotgun start and brings together community members, local businesses, and first responders for a full morning of friendly competition and support.

Teams of four can register for $600 per team, which includes green fees, cart rental, a meal, and more. Proceeds benefit the Benbrook Firefighter’s Association and help fund firefighter training and equipment that directly supports public safety here at home.

Corporate sponsorships are also available for businesses looking to back local first responders while connecting with the community.
