Treasure hunters and weekend bargain shoppers may want to clear some trunk space this Friday and Saturday.
Residents in the Bella Ranch neighborhood near the Highway 377 and FM 1187 intersection are hosting a community-wide garage sale May 22 and 23 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with more than 25 homes expected to participate.
From furniture and home décor to kids items, clothes, and unexpected finds, neighborhood garage sales like this often turn into part shopping trip, part community hangout. Organizers say maps will be available to help visitors navigate participating homes throughout the neighborhood.
For many families, these weekends are about more than clearing out garages. They are also a chance to meet neighbors, support local families, and spend a little time slowing down before the Texas summer heat fully settles in.
Early birds will likely get the best finds, but shoppers can expect plenty of variety throughout the weekend as Bella Ranch residents open their driveways to the community.
