B-52 Touches Down at NAS JRB Fort Worth.

It is not every day that eight engines and one of the U.S. military’s most recognizable aircraft arrive on the flight line in Fort Worth.

A B-52 Stratofortress landed at NAS JRB Fort Worth last week, giving those on base an up-close look at the massive aircraft during its visit.

NAS JRB Fort Worth credited its joint forces team with providing the support needed while the B-52 was on the ground.

For aviation watchers around Benbrook and West Fort Worth, the visit brought a little extra heavy airpower to the neighborhood.
