Fishing, food, and family time are on the calendar for Westpark Elementary students as the Westpark PTA and Wildcat Guard team up to host Fishing & Franks on Sunday, November 8, from 3 to 5 p.m.
The free event invites Westpark students and their fathers, father figures, or guardians to spend an afternoon together at Dutch Branch Pond, next to the Benbrook Middle-High School baseball field.
Families are encouraged to bring their fishing gear and enjoy some time by the water. We’ll provide hot dogs, drinks, and cookies.
Whether the fish are biting or not, it’s an afternoon for Westpark Wildcats and their families to enjoy together.
