High ImpACT Program Makes a Real Difference in Homelessness.

In just a year, Fort Worth’s High ImpACT Pilot Program has connected nearly 100 people facing long-term homelessness with housing and mental health support.

Most referrals come directly from neighborhood police officers, who play a crucial role in linking individuals to help.

With the combined efforts of police, mental health providers, and community partners, the program is outperforming expectations. Nearly all who have found housing through High ImpACT have remained stable, demonstrating significant progress in addressing some of the toughest challenges on the streets.
