BENBROOK — Western Hills Baseball gave it their all against FW Southwest on Senior Night, but a strong start wasn’t enough to hold off a late-game rally from the visitors.
The Cougars came out swinging and had the best home crowd in years behind them, creating an electric atmosphere from the first pitch. Fans packed the stands to celebrate the seniors, whose hard work and leadership have left a lasting impact on the program.
Though the night ended with a tough loss, the energy and commitment from both players and supporters set the tone for an exciting future. With a core group of determined returners ready to step up, the Cougars are already looking ahead to next season with plenty of optimism.
A heartfelt thanks to the seniors for all they’ve poured into the team — once a Cougar, always a Cougar.
