Let Salmark BBQ Handle Thanksgiving Dinner.

Thanksgiving dinner just got a little easier, especially if you’d rather spend more time with family and less time tending to the smoker.

Local favorite Salmark BBQ is taking Thanksgiving preorders, offering smoked turkey, ham, brisket, and ribs for families who want a little Texas barbecue on the holiday table.

This year’s Thanksgiving menu includes:

• Smoked Turkey: $80 (10–12 lbs.)
• Smoked Ham: $70 (7–9 lbs.)
• Smoked Brisket: $180 (7–8 lbs.)
• Smoked Pork Spare Ribs: $38 per slab

Orders must be placed by Friday, November 20, with pickup scheduled for Thanksgiving morning, November 26, between 9 a.m. and noon.

Customers can order by messaging Salmark BBQ through its business social media page or stopping by the restaurant at 14330 US Highway 377, Fort Worth, TX 76126. Online message orders will receive an invoice for payment.

Regular restaurant hours are Wednesday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
