Saturday morning started early at Encounter Church, where a room full of men gathered for fellowship, brotherhood and time in Scripture.
The church’s men’s gathering, The Forge, kicked off a study of Foundational Christian Doctrines with Bishop Gary Oliver, giving participants an opportunity to strengthen their understanding of faith alongside other men.
The Forge meets at 8 a.m. on the first Saturday of each month, with future gatherings continuing the emphasis on faith, relationships and spiritual growth.
