The Lady Bobcats hit the road Tuesday night, looking to extend their winning streak, but the Cleburne Lady Yellowjackets had other plans in their season opener.
Cleburne controlled the game from start to finish, outscoring Benbrook 7-2 and handing the Bobcats a tough loss.
Now sitting at 2-5 on the season, the Lady Bobcats turn their attention to tournament play. This weekend, they’ll compete in the Rio Vista Tournament, aiming to bounce back and bring home some wins—and maybe even some hardware.
