Rolling Hills Principal Announces Retirement After Years of Service.

After decades spent serving students, teachers, and families in Fort Worth ISD, Kendall Condit is preparing to close an important chapter.

Condit recently announced her retirement after nearly 30 years in education, and 15 years of service in Fort Worth ISD, including the past 4 years as principal of Rolling Hills Elementary School.

In her message to families and staff, Condit reflected on a career centered around supporting students, strengthening school culture, and building meaningful relationships across the campus community.

She described serving Rolling Hills as one of the greatest honors of her career and expressed pride in the work accomplished alongside teachers, staff, and families to create a student-focused learning environment.

Throughout her time at Rolling Hills, Condit became known not only as a campus leader but also as a steady presence invested in relationships, collaboration, and helping students succeed both academically and personally.
