Fresh produce, local honey, baked goods, and plenty of handmade finds are headed back to Dutch Branch Park this weekend.
The Benbrook Artisans & Farmers Market returns Sunday, Sept. 6, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., bringing local growers, makers and small businesses together for a day of shopping close to home.
Visitors can expect seasonal produce, plants and flowers alongside baked goods, sweet treats, artisanal cheeses, meats, preserves and tamales. Local vendors will also offer everything from dog treats and candles to soaps, jewelry, art, body products and garden goods.
The market is held at Dutch Branch Park near the Benbrook Community YMCA, 1899 Winscott Road. Look for signs directing visitors to the market area.
It’s an easy Sunday outing and a chance to fill a shopping bag while supporting the people growing, baking, and creating right here in our community.
