The countdown is officially on. In just seven days, one of North Texas’ most beloved traditions returns as the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo opens its gates January 16 and runs through February 7.
For more than a century, this event has been part of the heartbeat of Fort Worth, bringing together generations around western heritage, competition, and pure Texas fun.
Since 1896, it has grown into a 23-day celebration that blends world-class rodeo action with family-friendly experiences that keep locals coming back year after year.
This season’s rodeo lineup delivers a full slate of crowd favorites, including the Best of the West Ranch Rodeo, Best of Mexico Celebración, Cowboys of Color Rodeo, Bulls’ Night Out, and the PRORODEO Rookie Rally.
The excitement builds toward the FWSSR PRORODEO Tournament, all taking place in the electric atmosphere of Dickies Arena.
