The Benbrook Bobcats basketball program kicked off its fundraiser this week, and players have begun calling friends, neighbors, and supporters across the community.
Head Coach Blake Mendez shared that the goal is to raise money for new jerseys, practice gear, basketballs, and tournament travel as the team pushes through its season.
Residents are encouraged to answer if they receive a call from a Bobcats hoops player. Every contribution helps, and the team says the support directly strengthens the program and the student-athletes who represent Benbrook on and off the court.
