Brennan Barton is making waves beyond Benbrook.
The Benbrook High School quarterback landed at number six on the Star-Telegram’s list of area quarterbacks to watch next season. Last year, Barton led the Bobcats to a milestone—their first Fort Worth ISD area-round win in 24 years—and picked up all-district honors along the way.
Coming back strong after throwing nearly 2,000 yards and 18 touchdowns, Barton showed his skills again during the 7-on-7 season. His hard work paid off with a preseason nod as the offensive MVP for District 4-4A Division II by Dave Campbell’s Texas Football.
Benbrook fans have plenty to be excited about with Barton ready to lead the Bobcats once again.
