Homecoming week at Western Hills High School is about to hit full stride with one of the community’s favorite traditions: the annual Homecoming Parade.
Set for Wednesday, October 1, the parade will begin rolling at 2:15 p.m., with staging starting at 12:50 p.m. in the Baseball Tower parking lot. Students, staff, alumni, and neighbors are all invited to line the route and cheer on the Cougars.
Clubs, athletic teams, and school organizations are encouraged to showcase their creativity with spirited floats and displays. Students who wish to participate must be passing all classes and submit a signed permission slip.
Anyone interested in participating should reach out to joshua.gorham@fwisd.org or melissa.webb@fwisd.org.
With the energy of the community and the heart of Cougar Pride, this year’s parade promises to be one to remember.
