Fifteen years at TCU have taken Eric Bell from building a soccer program to leading one of the Big 12’s best.

The back-to-back Big 12 champion head coach joins host Brian Estridge for Season 2 of TCU Athletics’ Frogs in a Pod, reflecting on the growth of TCU soccer and how his job has changed along with college athletics.

Bell talks about managing rosters that can look different from one semester to the next, and how three decades of coaching have shaped the way he communicates with and develops players.
