Ever wondered what it’s like to be the voice on the other end of a 911 call? The Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office is looking for dispatchers, with starting pay at $30.63 an hour.
The department recently experienced technical problems with its online job listing, preventing some applicants from applying. Officials say the issue has been fixed and applications are now open.
If you tried applying earlier but couldn’t get through, now’s your chance to try again.
For those interested in a career helping others when every second counts, the Sheriff’s Office is encouraging applicants to apply.
