On a Saturday morning in Benbrook, a simple car wash is doing more than cleaning vehicles. It is helping students create a night they will remember.
Benbrook High School’s student council is hosting a Snap Clean Car Wash Fundraiser on April 18 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Snap Clean Express Car Wash, located at 9238 Benbrook Blvd. The goal is straightforward. Raise funds to support this year’s prom.
Events like this tend to bring out something special in a community. Students show up ready to work, neighbors stop by to lend support, and for a few hours, a routine errand turns into a shared moment.
If you are already out that morning, it is an easy stop. You get a clean car, and they get a little closer to a night they have been looking forward to all year.
