Salmark BBQ has some good news for customers awaiting updates on the restaurant’s inspection process, along with a brief change in this week’s schedule.
The restaurant announced that the health department has scheduled an inspection for this week, prompting a temporary closure on Wednesday, October 28.
Salmark expects to reopen Thursday, October 29, with its popular Friday specials returning the following day, including $1 smoked fried wings and a $12 pulled pork sandwich special.
The restaurant thanked customers for their patience throughout the process and looks forward to welcoming everyone back Thursday.
