Music and Movement Bring Little Learners Together at the Library.

On any given Friday morning, the Benbrook Public Library turns into something a little more lively. Music plays, little feet move, and young children find their rhythm in a space built just for them.

Music, Movement, and Me, led by Miss Donna, invites children ages 2 to 5 to sing, dance, and explore through guided activity. Held on the first Friday of each month, the program offers two sessions at 10:30 a.m. and 11:15 a.m., giving families flexible options for joining.

The class is simple in concept but meaningful in impact. It helps young children build coordination, confidence, and early social skills, all while having fun alongside other families in the community.

The program takes place at the Benbrook Public Library, 1065 Mercedes Street, and is open to anyone looking for a playful way to start the day.

For many families, it is more than a class. It is a chance to connect, move, and enjoy a shared moment in the middle of a busy week.
