For Shannon, caring for animals has never felt like just a job. It’s a lifelong love that she turned into a Benbrook-area business 15 years ago.
Shannon G. McKinize, owner and operator of Top Dog Pet Sitting, founded Top Dog Pet Sitting & Dog Walking Service in 2011 and grew it from an idea into a pet care team serving families throughout Benbrook and Fort Worth.
Along the way, she has focused on building relationships with pets and their people while giving owners someone dependable to trust with their four-legged family members.
Away from work, Shannon enjoys the beach, being on the water, live music and concerts, and a good cup of coffee.
And for those who haven’t met her yet, there’s a good chance you’ll eventually spot Shannon around Benbrook doing what started it all: caring for animals.
