Benbrook Middle-High School’s Senior Night was one to remember as the Lady Bobcats celebrated two seniors, reached two career milestones, and swept Dunbar to extend their winning streak to five games!
Before Tuesday night’s final home match of the regular season, seniors Samantha Lindsey and Ennie Troque were honored alongside family, friends, and teammates.

Dunbar came ready to compete, keeping the opening set close before Lexi Lott and Hannah Herbert helped spark a Benbrook run that secured a 25-13 victory.
The Lady Bobcats carried that momentum into the second set, jumped ahead 6-1, and cruised to a 25-7 win. Dunbar fought back in the third, but Benbrook held on for another 25-13 victory to complete the sweep.

The celebration continued after the match as Lindsey and Troque shared one final moment on their home court, with their parents setting the ball for them.

The night also brought two impressive individual achievements. Junior Lexi Lott reached 1,000 career assists, while senior Samantha Lindsey joined the 1,000 career digs club.

Now 25-14 overall and 11-2 in district play, the second-place Lady Bobcats will close out the regular season Friday, October 23, against YWLA at Wilkerson-Greines Activities Center, 5201 Ca Roberson Boulevard in Fort Worth.
Benbrook will then face Lake Worth in the UIL Bi-District Playoffs on October 29, with the game location still to be announced.
For Lindsey and Troque, their final home match ended with a win, a celebration, and one more memory on the Bobcat court.
