Lady Bobcats Soccer Set for Playoff Push in Aledo.

Spring break may have slowed things down around town, but the Benbrook Lady Bobcats have stayed locked in.

Earlier this week, the Lady Bobcats took the field against a strong Burleson squad and came away with a hard-fought 3-2 win. It was the kind of match that sharpens a team at the right time, just days before the postseason begins.

Now the focus turns to this afternoon.

Benbrook enters Bi-District play as one of the top teams in the region, ranked No. 3 in 4A Region 1 by TASCO. Across the field will be the Eagle Mountain Lady Knights, a team that finished fourth in district play but comes in ready to play spoiler on the Lady Bobcats’ road to state.

On paper, the Lady Bobcats hold the edge. On the field, it still has to be earned.

Kickoff is set for 4:00 PM at Tim Buchanan Stadium in Aledo. Fans can expect a competitive match as Benbrook looks to take the first step in what they hope is a deep playoff run.

For those planning to attend, tickets are available online. Adult tickets are $6, and student tickets are $4 for ages 5-18. THSCA and TASCO passes will be accepted.
