Families looking for a relaxed and fun way to welcome the New Year are invited to Family Game Night at the Benbrook Public Library on Wednesday, December 31, from 8:00 pm to midnight.
The evening is built around simple togetherness. Board games, playing cards, and dominoes fill the room, along with oversized favorites like giant Connect 4, Jenga, checkers, and Kerplunk. Guests are free to jump into any game they like, whether playing with family, friends, or new faces from around the community.
Game Night is also a potluck-style gathering. Bringing a dish to share is encouraged but not required. The library will provide soda, juice, and water so everyone can snack and play without pressure. It is a low-key, family-friendly way to close out the year and start the next one surrounded by games, laughter, and neighbors.
The event is held at Benbrook Public Library, located at 1065 Mercedes St, Benbrook, TX 76126. Families can get more details and RSVP through the event page.
