Healthy habits do not have to be complicated.
Residents looking to learn more about nutrition, healthy food choices, and practical wellness tips will have an opportunity to do just that at a free Nutrition Workshop on Tuesday, June 16, at 6:30 p.m.
The workshop will be held at 6000 Silverstein Street, near Rolling Hills Elementary, and will be led by Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach Rachel. The class is designed for both adults and youth and will cover topics such as balanced nutrition, healthy eating habits, nutritious snack options, and simple ways to stay energized throughout the summer.
Participants will also learn practical strategies for making informed food choices that support long-term health and wellness.
