Young softball players in Benbrook have a new coach to learn from this summer.
D-BAT Benbrook has announced the addition of Savannah Crocker to its coaching staff, bringing collegiate playing experience and a strong defensive background to the local training facility.
Crocker currently plays at Abilene Christian University and was a three-time Defensive Player of the Year at Rockwall-Heath High School. She also earned Academic All-District honors and has competed against some of the nation’s top programs, including Texas A&M University, University of Texas, and University of Oklahoma.
She is now offering private instruction in hitting and fielding, giving area athletes the opportunity to learn from a player who is actively competing at the collegiate level.
For families looking to sharpen their skills before the next season, D-BAT says lessons with Crocker are now available to book.
