Bobcats Swim Team Makes a Splash as District Champs!

FORT WORTH, TEXAS — The Bobcats swim team is riding the wave of victory after an incredible performance at the District 5-4A meet last night at Wilkerson Greines.

The girls’ team dominated the pool, clinching the District Girls Team Trophy for the third consecutive time. Here’s how the Bobcats made waves:

• Relays on Fire: The girls’ relay teams secured 1st place in both the 200 Medley and 400 Free events.
• Individual Stars:
  • Grier: 1st in the 200 Free and 100 Free.
  • Hannah: 1st in the 200 IM and 2nd in Backstroke.
  • Ethan: 1st in the 200 IM and 2nd in Backstroke.
  • Keely: 1st in the 50 Free and 100 Breast.
  • Skylar: 1st in the 100 Fly and 100 Back.
  • Cevannah: 6th in the 50 Free and 5th in the 100 Back.

Top Honors
Skylar earned Girl Athlete of the Meet, while Coach Wendell was recognized as Girls Coach of the Meet.
