Benbrook, Texas – February 25, 2025 – A dynamic new restaurant park is coming to Benbrook, promising an exciting culinary and social hub for the community.
Spearheaded by MAD Concepts Group, in partnership with the Benbrook Economic Development Corporation and Blue Plate Network, the project will introduce two full-service restaurants—Jakes Burgers and Tacos & Avocados—to the southwest corner of Benbrook Boulevard and Westpark Drive.
With spacious patios, full bars, and a 1.5-acre backyard area, the development is designed to foster community connections, offering family-friendly play spaces, outdoor entertainment, and casual gathering spots.
Jakes Burgers, a Dallas-Fort Worth favorite since 1985, brings its signature blend of fresh, flavorful burgers and expanded menu options, while Tacos & Avocados delivers a bold Mex-Tex experience featuring authentic Birria, Barbacoa, and fresh, health-conscious offerings.
Beyond great food, the project aims to make a lasting impact—creating up to 150 new jobs and serving as a year-round destination for family outings, post-game celebrations, and outdoor movie nights. More than just a dining experience, this new venture represents a significant investment in Benbrook’s growth, aligning with long-term redevelopment efforts.
