The JunkGuys team is closing out the year with big news: they’ve landed a major $35,000 junk removal contract in Benbrook, Texas.
The project involves cleaning up a massive unidentified property location spanning over 72,000 square feet of indoor space and 32 acres of outdoor space—an impressive and challenging task. The property, which was inherited by a woman identified by JunkGuys owner Ricardo Hernandez as Ms. Carlton, was in need of extensive junk removal before it could be sold to undisclosed buyers.
The partnership between JunkGuys and Ms. Carlton dates back nearly two decades. In a recent YouTube video, Hernandez recalls the first time he worked with her—about 10 to 15 years ago—when she invited him to share some sweet tea after his team completed a junk removal project for her.
Now, almost 20 years later, the JunkGuys are returning to take on this large-scale project. Hernandez expressed his excitement, calling the contract a major milestone for the company. “This newly awarded project represents a testament to the hard work, dedication, and expertise of our entire team,” he said in the video.
The project will require bulk junk removal from both the interior and exterior of the property, presenting unique challenges and opportunities for JunkGuys to showcase their skills. Hernandez and his team are eager to exceed the client’s expectations and deliver a seamless experience.
This $35,000 contract provides valuable experience for the JunkGuys team and strengthens its reputation as a top-tier provider of junk removal services in the Fort Worth area, including Benbrook.
