If you are curious about how Benbrook may grow in the years ahead, Thursday night’s Planning and Zoning Commission work session is worth noting.
The commission will meet at 7:00 p.m. on February 26 at Benbrook City Hall, 911 Winscott Road, in the Executive Conference Room. The session is for discussion only, and no formal action will be taken.
On the agenda is a review of draft revisions to Chapter 3 of the city’s Comprehensive Plan. That document helps guide long-term development decisions, including land use and community planning priorities.
Residents will also have an opportunity to provide a citizen comment on any agenda item before the discussion begins.
The meeting notice was posted at City Hall and on the City of Benbrook website in accordance with state law.
Work sessions like this often shape future policy long before final votes occur. For residents who want a clearer picture of where Benbrook is headed, it is a chance to listen in and stay informed.
