The Benbrook Planning and Zoning Commission will meet Thursday, July 9, at Benbrook City Hall, 911 Winscott Road, with a work session beginning at 7 p.m. and the regular meeting at 7:30 p.m.
Commissioners are expected to approve minutes from the June meeting and review a proposed replat for approximately 2.97 acres at 4639 Williams Road. The request involves Lot 1-R, Block 1, Triangle Addition, a property currently zoned for multiple-family and commercial planned development uses.
A quorum of the Benbrook City Council may also be in attendance.
Residents are welcome to attend and stay informed on development projects and planning decisions that could shape the community.
