BENBROOK, TX—The Benbrook Planning and Zoning Commission will convene on February 13 at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers (911 Winscott Road, Benbrook, TX 76126). The work session will begin at 7:00 PM, followed by the regular meeting at 7:30 PM.
The agenda includes approving minutes from previous meetings, city staff reports, and public hearings on several development projects:
- Chick-fil-A Bufferyard Request – Reviewing a site plan adjustment at 8800 Benbrook Blvd.
- Heights of Benbrook Parking Structures – Considering a Conditional Use Permit for the construction of four covered parking structures.
- Overhead Door Screening Exception – Evaluating a Meritorious Exception request for 4950 Benbrook Blvd regarding overhead door screening requirements.
- Rowan Ranch Project – Discussing a Comprehensive Plan amendment for land southeast of Chapin Rd and I.H. 820, along with a request to submit a new rezoning application.
