Benbrook residents looking for a calm and creative afternoon can head to the Benbrook Public Library on Friday, February 13, 2026, for a paper quilling workshop from 2 to 4 pm.
The session introduces the art of paper quilling, a simple yet intricate craft that uses thin strips of paper and a small quilling tool to create decorative designs. Participants will learn basic techniques and have time to create their own piece using a variety of colors provided by the library. No prior experience is needed, and all materials are included.
Registration is required, as space and supplies are limited.
The Benbrook Public Library is located at 1065 Mercedes St in Benbrook. For details and registration, visit https://www.benbrooklibrary.org, email reference@benbrooklibrary.org, or call 817-249-6632.
It is a relaxed way to learn a new skill and leave with something handmade to take home.
