At Benbrook Life, every item is made especially for you after your order is placed. Because our products are printed on demand through our fulfillment partner, we cannot accept traditional returns or exchanges like a retail store.
Eligible for Replacement or Refund
If your order arrives with any of the following issues, please contact us within 14 days of delivery:
- Damaged items
- Manufacturing defects
- Printing errors
- Incorrect item received
- Items significantly different from what was ordered
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email news@benbrooklife.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
If the issue qualifies, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Because each item is custom-made when ordered, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong color
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Accidental purchases
- Requests made after 14 days from delivery

Size & Fit Responsibility
Sizing information is provided on each product page. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before ordering.
While we understand that sizing can sometimes be difficult, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items that do not fit as expected.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will work with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to investigate the shipment and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
Benbrook Life is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if a replacement order is requested.
Order Cancellations
Orders enter production shortly after they are placed. Because of this, cancellation requests can only be accommodated if production has not yet begun.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at news@benbrooklife.com. We cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible.
