Western Hills High School’s JROTC is preparing to honor those lost on Sept. 11, and the Cougar Pride Alliance is looking for a retired military alumnus willing to lend a hand.
According to Patty Pressley with the Cougar Pride Alliance, the volunteer would assist with the school’s 9/11 Remembrance on Friday morning, beginning at 8 a.m. The commitment is expected to take about 30 to 40 minutes.
Organizers hope to connect with a Western Hills alumnus who is retired from the military and would like to take part in the remembrance.
Interested alumni can contact Patty Pressley through the Cougar Pride Alliance for more details.
