Young writers in Benbrook may soon have a new place to put their imaginations to work, and the Benbrook Public Library wants families to help shape the program.
The library is planning a creative writing workshop for homeschool tweens and teens beginning in October. Before setting the schedule and format, staff are asking parents and students to share what would work best for them.
While the program is being designed with homeschool families in mind, feedback is also welcome from families whose children attend traditional schools.
Those interested can complete the library’s anonymous creative writing program survey.
