If you are still hoping to stock up on Thin Mints or Samoas, you are in luck. Girl Scout Troop 2504 still has booths set up around Benbrook and nearby Fort Worth this weekend.
The troop is at Russell Feed & Supply until 7 p.m. Friday.
On Saturday, you can find them at Westside Cafe from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., the Benbrook Walmart (grocery side) from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and the Clifford Street Walmart (home and pharmacy) side from 4 to 7 p.m.
Sunday brings more chances. They will return to Westside Cafe from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., set up at Vickery Walmart from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., cover both sides of Benbrook Walmart from 1 to 4 p.m., head to Lowe’s in Fort Worth from 2 to 6 p.m., and finish the day at Clifford Street Walmart from 4 to 7 p.m.
For many families, cookie season is more than a sweet treat. It is a chance to support local girls as they learn business skills, build confidence, and fund their troop activities. If you have been waiting to grab a few boxes, this weekend may be your last easy opportunity.
