The Fort Worth ISD Whiz Quiz finals concluded with a major victory for Benbrook Middle-High School’s (BMHS) sixth-grade team, who triumphed over Daggett Montessori with a final score of 375-230, securing the district championship for the 2024-25 season.
The BMHS high school team also competed valiantly but fell short against I.M. Terrell, with a final score of 495-225.
Individual accolades went to Bobcats Gabriel Traska, Ezequiel Esquivel, and Colin Jarchow, recognized as top scorers for their respective teams. In a lighthearted moment, Assistant Principal Robby Ball was challenged to answer a bonus question about coral reefs, adding a touch of humor to the event.
The teams owe their success to dedicated coaches Tiffany Giddens, Jamie Krempa, and Ryan Peterson, who guided them throughout the season.
Congratulations to the sixth-grade champions and the entire Bobcat Nation for their hard work and dedication!
