If you are looking for a festive outing close to home, the National Cowgirl Museum is hosting a full day of Christmas fun on Saturday, December 6, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The museum is opening its doors for free and filling the day with local vendors, crafts, and plenty of holiday cheer.
Families can drop into the North Pole Village for free kid crafts and activities, browse handmade gifts, and enjoy live music during the morning Sip n Shop from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Magdalena’s Food Truck will serve lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Santa and Mrs. Claus will be available for free photos from 1 to 3 p.m.
The event takes place at the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame, 1720 Gendy Street in Fort Worth.
It is an easy and fun way for Benbrook families to kick off the season and support local makers at the same time.
