BENBROOK, TX – Patricia “Patty” (Walczak) Hyziewicz, of Fort Worth and formerly of Erie, Pennsylvania, passed away on August 6, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones.
Patty’s life reflected a deep compassion for people, both in her career in medicine and in her personal relationships. She was known for her quiet strength, unwavering love, and the generosity she extended to everyone around her. While her professional contributions left a lasting impact, it was her devotion to her family that truly defined her.
