Benbrook residents with an interest in zoning and development matters may want to mark their calendars for Tuesday evening.
The Benbrook Zoning Board of Adjustment and Appeals Commission will meet on February 24 at City Hall, 911 Winscott Road.
A work session begins at 7 p.m. in the Central Conference Room, followed by the regular meeting at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
The agenda is straightforward. Board members will call the meeting to order, hear any citizen comments on agenda items, and then select a chairperson and vice chairperson for the year. The commission will also consider approval of the minutes from its January 28, 2025 meeting.
There are no staff reports scheduled for either the Zoning Board of Adjustment or the Appeals Commission.
As always, a quorum of the Benbrook City Council may be present. Residents who want to stay informed or speak on an agenda item are encouraged to attend and take part in the process.
