Young Entrepreneurs Get a Head Start at Benbrook Workshop.

BENBROOK, TX — A group of young learners took their first steps into entrepreneurship this week, and the energy in the room made it clear that something meaningful is taking shape.

The Benbrook Area Chamber of Commerce kicked off its first Little Squeezers workshop of 2026, hosted by Chick-fil-A Benbrook, giving kids a hands-on introduction to what it takes to start and run their own lemonade stand. The event blended fun with practical learning, helping participants build confidence while picking up real-world skills.

Volunteers played a key role in guiding students through the experience, creating an environment where curiosity and creativity could thrive. The goal is simple but impactful. Help kids learn how to plan, serve, and take ownership of something they create.

With Lemonade Day set for May 3, this workshop marked the beginning of that journey for many families, offering a glimpse of what is possible when young people are given the chance to learn by doing.
