Western Hills JROTC and Red Cross Team Up to Save Lives.

Western Hills High School’s Air Force JROTC cadets showed that service doesn’t just take place in the skies — it happens right here on the ground too.

On Wednesday, September 17, the cadets partnered with the American Red Cross to host a blood drive that turned into a community-wide success.

Students, teachers, and even familiar faces like Ms. Patty from Cougar Corner stepped up to donate, proving that when it comes to saving lives, every drop counts. The generosity on display not only supported the mission of the Red Cross but also reflected the spirit of service the JROTC program works to instill in its cadets.

If you missed this opportunity, another drive is already in the works for the coming months. Consider signing up next time and joining your neighbors in an act of simple yet powerful service.
