Calling all young creators! Rolling Hills Elementary is thrilled to announce the return of its beloved Pierce Institute Video Game Club, designed specifically for kindergarten through 2nd-grade Bobcats.
This exciting after-school program, starting Monday, January 27, 2025, offers kids the chance to ignite their imaginations and learn the basics of game design and animation. Hosted by The Pierce Institute for Academic Excellence, the club provides a fun and interactive environment where students can build skills while unleashing their creativity.
What Young Bobcats Will Learn:
- Scratch Jr.: Create simple, interactive games perfect for young minds.
- Tux Paint: Design custom characters and animations.
- Game Sharing: Showcase their creations to classmates and friends.
Program Details:
- Schedule: Mondays, 3:30โ4:30 PM
- Dates: January 27 โ May 12, 2025 (13 classes total)
(No classes on February 17, March 17, or March 24) - Pricing:
- $95 for the first 6 classes
- $190 for all 13 classes
Classes will be held at Rolling Hills Elementary, located at 10351 Orchard Way, Benbrook, TX 76126.
